On behalf of the Town of Lakewood, I want to take a moment to recognize and thank Michelle and Allen as they prepare to leave Lakewood and begin a new chapter in their lives.

Both of you have given a great deal to this community. Michelle, as our Town Clerk, you have been at the center of the day-to-day operation of the Town. Your work, knowledge, and commitment have helped keep Lakewood moving forward, often doing a lot of work behind the scenes that most people never see.

Allen, as our Town Shop Foreman, your work has been just as important. Maintaining our roads, equipment, and infrastructure is not always easy or predictable work, especially in northern Wisconsin. Your willingness to get the job done when the Town needed you has been greatly appreciated.

Together, you have been more than Town employees. You have been part of the Lakewood team and part of this community.

While we are sorry to see you both go, we are also excited for you as you start this next chapter together. Thank you for your service, your hard work, and everything you have contributed to the Town of Lakewood.

On behalf of the Town Board, our employees, and the residents of Lakewood, we wish you both happiness, success, and safe travels in whatever comes next.

You will be missed, and you will always be part of Lakewood.

Mike Musil - Town Chairman
